My vote is for PP... I've been using this as my payment method for almost a year. So far, I have no problem using it.

Paypal is the secure payment method and moneybooker second choice. if we use moneybooker, there no fee for receiving payments, If we use paypal, receiving fee 4.2%.. its very high compared to moneybooker.

I would say as a buyer in my case. I am afraid of scam so i need reliable method in case of refund

A lot of people use MoneyBookers and AlertPay as alternatives. The only real one that is somewhat better than PayPal is Escrow though, in my opinion.
