Find good footprint of websites to scrape, non-wp sites, use httrack settings only to scrape html files and no other files and u can scrape millions of sites easily.

do you think Wordpress are less safe to use on adwords many times or just you preffer using HTML websites? I mean, is there something preventing you from using WP?

Not really, Skype also now comes automatically in a random hotmail, you don't even need to install the app
