Safe monthly backlink service?

Anyone have any suggestions for a backlink service which is a good mix of different links and white hat (safe) ? Not looking for quantity here.
I know a lot of sites are getting hit hard because they haven't been building good links. Dont want that to happen!!

You should try backlinksindexer for this.

I will second jstovers service, very very happy with it myself

Personally I use link exchanges for some quality control - I use link2me.com and linkmarket.com and trade links with relevant sites.

I know people will says it's not highly effective link trades, but for me it's shown proven results and I think it just adds some genuine links to your profile
