Safe Method to Change Proxies??

Urgent Help Needed.

I have 2000 Pinterest Accounts on Jarvee and Socinator.
Recently I changed my proxy service. Can anyone tell me safest method to change proxies as it will cause password change if i change the proxies.
i can stay logged in with cookies yes, but what if i try to login again without cookies. it will ask for password change.

what's your provider? It would be safest to ask their customer support, as they are the ones that know the ins and outs of their product.
