Safe limits for Instagram acct work..

Anyone here have some solid safe limits to follow, like, unfollow and comment per hour on IG. Please only reply if you have tested this out for yourself. THX!!

150 a hour follows
√ cant follow 150 and unfollow 150 , but you can mix it up
√ best way is to go to instagram.com/ and copy and paste user id
this will insure you getting the follow even if mode is private
√ comments are 59-60 every hour
√ likes range from 150-200 if you do it all at one time they
will kick you off the site for a hour, depending on if its
statigram , or webstagram
√ max out likes by liking user pages not the main feed
this will insure longer time intervals to stay on the site

I know 1 man wrote - that he can remove limit 7.5k following on any accaunt ... (he has review...)
it true?
how he make this?

so if using botstagram or xgram how many likes an hour is safe?

I do 1000 likes per hour about 3/4 times a day, works a charm for me.
