I have a 5 year old account with 15k followers I want to being back, about a year ago I did a very strict inactive follower purge on it and bought it down from 28k. I made a lackluster attempt to bring it back to life shortly after but gave up again. It was a botted account for a niche market, and it was a battle to post relevant material for the wide audience. I'd like to change the direction on it, not too much of a deviation that the followers would care, same genre, but want to turn it into an IG store (or support for store) with more widely approachable content.
I want to remove all 100+ old posts, I realize I prob shouldn't do that all at once... or could I? But if not, how many could I safely remove a day? My current plan is to make a transition post which I'll permanently leave up (for anyone upset and confused why they followed me that goes snooping) but to eventually wipe everything before. Not planning on botting moving forward.
