Hostinger won't ignore copyright or trademark infringements
I agree, Hostinger is definitely not a company that will ignore DMCA complaints. I wouldn't even try this with them.

BuyVM was just acquired and announced that they're moving their Luxembourg servers to the Netherlands (and maybe Switzerland).

Well, technically you wont have issues finding dmca - friendly provider. But for the trademark part in Europe? No way
You can try with deep-china or Uganda alike location.While Alexhost does ignore, it's extremely slow & has had frequent outages during my testing with them. I wouldn't recommend them because of this. Many others here have also stated the same.
