safe domain extension for pharma website?

I am planning to open unlicensed pharma website, however i see that alot of websites in this niche are being taken down. I am not talking about hosting. Its domain name.
Is there any safe option around this to avoid domain name seizure?
Do you know any domain extension that are less likely to be seized and any particular registrar that won't be bothered.

Bro, I don't know if I understood correctly.... but if you are going to sell stuff illegally on a website(pharmaceutical), no matter what you due(Unless you get licensed) you will be taken down, sooner or later.
