sadtrombone - worth?

Im curious on something. this site, Sadtrombone, im sure some of you have been there before. Its basically just a site with a button that says "Click here", and when you do, it plays a sad trombone sound. Thats it. Has a counter to see how many people clicked it daily and in total. thats it..

How much do you think this guy has made from this site, assuming its monetized? (he has adsense on there, but i dunno what else).. Do you think he made anything off of it?

It's a site that was made on hopes of it going viral.

Now whether it did or not, I do not know. But if the site has already had it's hay day then I wouldn't expect it again, and if it hasn't but has been around a long time then people just don't find it that funny (therefore, it wont go viral).

I understand that, and obviously its quite hard to stay viral for a long time with such a simple site (one trick pony).. but the man got a lot of hits in the short time it was "viral".. so the method at least worked decently..

My question is how much do you think the site made during its run? Obviously now its probably only making like $2 a day or less, but how much do you think it made overall from the number of hits he got?
