Hey everyone, I’m Jake.
I’m here because I run a SaaS platform, and to date, 100% of our user acquisition has come from posting in Facebook groups using my personal account. It’s been extremely effective. We average 20 sign ups per day, and on days I increase outreach, that can climb to 40+.
Recently, my personal account appears to have hit what looks like a long term or permanent group posting limit. Also, I don't know if its in my head, but it feels like fb may have reduced the reach of my posts too.
To keep things moving, I temporarily bridged the gap using my wife’s account while I stepped back to think through a more sustainable setup.
I’m not trying to build a spam operation or scale to hundreds of accounts. What I’m trying to solve is a resilience andsustainability problem. Volume is relatively modest (typically 25–50 group posts per day, weekdays only. ), but routing all activity through one personal account has become a single point of failure.
Longer term, I’d like to share the load across a small number of accounts, use them properly (engaging, replying, not just broadcasting), and avoid a situation where Facebook sees “post → disappear” as the dominant daily behaviour. I'd love to scale this up to at least triple of what Im currently doing. I have desires to see how far I can push things to speed up aquistion, but I also have to consider not burning this aquisition channel altogether too. So, Im open to hearing how much I could easily scale this while keeping the risks as low as possible, however, I just want to start small and slow.
I’m also looking at tooling purely to reduce manual overhead, not replace human behaviour, for example, tools that help space posts out or manage light semantic variation. I already use a small internal assist tool to organise posts by day and streamline repetitive actions, but it’s not full automation and is still time intensive on some days. Every hour saved here matters, because I'm very time poor.
So I’d love to learn from people here who’ve dealt with similar constraints:
I’m here to learn and do this properly, not to cut corners. I want to avoid burning a channel that’s clearly working.
Appreciate any insights.

- Does this use case resonate with you?
- And specifically, what stack would you recommend using to prevent Facebook from linking a small number of accounts?
