LOL. Post all your correspondence with him. I don't think his logs are faked- it seems genuine.

And also, you have not submitted any evidence that those leads are indeed not exclusive.. Common man, if you don't clear this up, I think you deserve a ban.

He's right.. least that could have been done was some screen caps of the email response you got showing what you claimed in your reply.

Or your version of the chat log, since you claim it be tampered. Again, screen/video caps would be good here.

You ever watched Judge Judy? She tosses responses like sophias out the window when they show up without any evidence what so ever and think they can just say whatever they like as 'evidence'.

This is off-topic, but I must have something set up wrong for one of the products I sell through paypal, because I've experienced the reverse. If someone wants to reverse a payment, I'm screwed because paypal expects me to provide shipping documents to prove I shipped the product.

@s0phia - maybe you could provide a few of those to one of the mods so they can check them as well.

Another thing to consider is, if the leads are real people that have opted in to something the OP is doing, then he might provide that lead to you exclusively. If that's the case then there is no way for him to guarantee that the lead hasn't also opted in to other lists and offers on their own. I don't know where the OP is getting the leads from, but that's something to think about.
