i will just drop it here for all the others to understand.

We are looking for a wordpress theme custom code with full responsivness, Bootpress and Flatdesign.
Since this requires a lot of work the concept can be done by designer or by us , we know how Webdesign works and design ourselves, but it's a side project of me and not my main project so i want to work with a devoleper that has his round at least around those.

The app on the other site functions on a Sencha Touch Solution which checks per gestures the json api and works with offline storage.
