1: No, just helps pointing out more of what you're targeting in the article.
2: Depends, weather they came from search engines or direct? and how long they stayed in the site for, CTR in this case.

5: Any ranks just fine..?! from what I've seen at least.
 
1) It used to, not anymore.
2) Definitely not.
3) No, but it helps your click through rate if worded correctly and it bolds keywords on the SERP.

5) None of the above. All of them are equal, but I think people are more likely to click on a .com on the SERP.

Well reading answers I got happy because looks like a lot of ppl still dont know things that are really important, and it means getting good results from doing what I was doing wont get more complicated because looks like no one doing it... ;)))
 
Hmm, I have read that the TLD (domain extension) does not make a difference in ranking, and personally I have seen .info domains in the top results. (Not common because it looks ugly, and I would personally never click on it)
