if you can be sued for using a similar logo to some one else the clearly shows you intended to copy it or affilate yourself with them you can be sued for misleading people with an h that is not really an h.
email nike and ask them if the will sue you for using their check mark only its really an up side down wav that only looks like an identical check make and see what their lawyers tell you.
That's not true. I will ask to my lawyer tomorrow however even if they want the domain the prefer to pay as always happened

you can be sued for impersonation. copy write extends further than exact copy. you can't make something and slap CK and say the CK stands for something different.
I'm not copying legally. because I'm using non-latin chars the domain does not have anything to do with shop.com
You can't block me to register a domain that uses a common word like shop that you use at home like 20 times a day.

I received an offer on a domain forum for 200$ but I think Isnot a good offer.
What do you think?

there is a big difference between owning fb.com and having a site that fakes having facebook.com listed in the browser

If the website under my domain does not copy the logo and the template there isn't anything of illegal.

However I would like to have your opinion for the price

its the exact same thing, he is saying its not copy written because it only looks like shop.com which is the very same thing as saying "|" its not a stick its a poll that no one can tell the difference from. that is the exact definition of a copy write violation. If it looks like a logo or copy write it does not matter what you call it its still a violation

ok O.P. if you are so confident you would mind if i email the real shop.com and asked them if they plan to sue you?

Apples and oranges. The likeness of a trademarked logo is far from the same thing.

Why? You have something against me?

I will ask to my lawyer if it's not legal I will delete it, why would you contact shop.com?

Not at all and i would never report you or email shop.com i am tying to be your friend here. some one with the funds of shop.com will destroy you with their lawyers, they will leave you penniless and take everything you own. i am trying to tell you run from it as soon as possible. take what you can get and let it be someone elses problem

ITT: people who understand copyright and trademark infringement getting yelled at by people who don't

I understood everything I will ask to my lawyer. But we went a little bit offtopic here.
My main question was about the appraise
I got an offer of 200$ for it, what do you think?

I was really shocked to see, the "h" looks like same even in ASCII. This thread was really an informative for me, and it'll help domain newbies like me how to protect ourselves from getting scammed.

let me ask you the character h and is not a letter h can it be found anywhere and any normal keyboard in any language anywhere in the world? or is it invented just to look like the letter "h"?

personally i would take the money and run but its not my call

Does the buyer know that it's not the real shop.com? Do they know that it's just made to look like shop.com? If so, take the money and run. This domain is going to be a major headache for you assuming you're just a decent average Joe.

The buyer knows that it's an IDN domain, I would never sell it as shop.com lol

its the exact same thing,

First of all. There is no such thing as copy write.
Second. Do not confuse copyright with trademarks. They are very different concepts.
Third. Trademark registration for logos vs words are two very different things.
Fourth. Your input in this entire discussion is completely useless before you have understood these basics.

you can get sued for trade mark violation the same as copy write, actually its even easier to sue and win for trademark since to sue for trademark reasons it only have to be similar and not 100% the same so thanks you just made the argument for me. also saying there is no such thing as copy writing is just stupid. first you said there is no such thing and then you said its a different thing than trademarks. so you said there is no such thing followed up by there is such a thing its just different. so can you finish the argument you are having with yourself first and get on one page

Anyway my point is not that shop.com would win or not. you do something like this and they catch wind of it they have deep pockets and will drown you in court over it. they might not win but in the meantime the little guy is left penniless trying to defend himself. so even when/if they lose the case the person they sue has lost everything to there name in lawyer fee's which no judge is going to award compensation for it because even if the judge has to rule in favor of the little guy by law he is not going to like it so will never get shop.com to pay the costs.

K. Your ability to get words wrong does not help.

Look. This is about law and not about what you feel is right.

i got better things to be doing than reading all that but you are not listening to my point so i will say it one last time

IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE LAW SAYS. THE COMPANY WITH DEEP POCKETS WILL DESTROY YOU FOR DOING IT. EVEN IF YOU WIN THE LAW SUIT YOU STILL LOSE CAUSE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR BANK. every time you go to court for a ruling they will drag it out filling motion after motion dragging you in the mud for years until you are homeless. you can win the case and keep the domain (maybe) but for what, you now have lost everything and still own your lawyers more. when you a fighting some one who can pay 100k to lawyers unless you can too then you lose no matter the ruling
