True, that is correct. It's some bug, so if you find to much Timeuot proxies try do set lower number of your connections.

koko i had a friend try a list of 1k google
passed. conection 2 meg download
connection set 70 - he got 300 passed.
same list of 1k - connection set to 50 he
got 500 passed.
same list 1k connection set 30 700 passed
if your running 200 connections on 3 meg download
ide say your loosing 40% of your proxies on the test
passed. conection 2 meg download

Ok, I'll give a try.
40% is wow !
EDIT : Just tried. Changed 200 to 100 connections. Around 20% more Google Passed proxies (total 1175).
