s/box google ip

if that was the case
dont u think i would have heard something
from 1 of my 440 signups? never have
ps another good day today 2.5k google passed

My question is if Google will see transparent proxy requests as actually coming from your IP, resulting in you being blocked due to using them. ;)
Currently they don't act on that. They temp block the last ip from the chain sending too many requests. That doesn't mean they are not logging the leaked IP for "future references".

Which reminds me to remind everyone that the term google-passed-proxy does not mean much: being a temp block, a OK proxy could be blocked in the next second, and a BAD proxy could be unblocked in the next second. I simply use all proxies that are alive and rotate them when they fail.

YES. Transparent proxy won't hide your IP.

resulting in you being blocked due to using them. ;)
NO. If you use working transparent proxy, G will block that proxy, not your IP.

Of course you can test it very easily ;)

this is true, as ive provided all types of proxies for
google scraping for 2 yrs on bhw without a single
refund for failed service, ide say there fine for scraping

Very informative thread, brand new at all of this but, spend the last 4 weeks non stop trying to get good proxies for my Traffic Travis and similar tools. Pain failing miserably. Now trying to understand how port scanning works. Does any one know if there is a thread dedicated to port scanning. (do not have much hair left too pull out)

I think that everything comes back to normal with number of working proxies even the 8909 port is almost totally out.
This is my yesterday result:

most usa isp dont like users port scanning
they frown on it, luckily im the uk were they
dont care

I think the real question is for those getting all these proxies, what are the sources? I harvest approx 4000 per day and can only get max 50 out of that.

What can I say, proxygo... You are the man. So now it's great time to upgrade your service to... let say 5k-6k working SB proxies ;)

At the end there is also one thing important: not quantity and quality ;)

Congrats proxygo.

i dont need to upgrade my service
providing around 1500 Google passed
proxies has supported my 500 sign ups for
3 yrs - just because i can get more doesn't
mean i need more..i don't.. + to get 20k google
passed proxies for 1 man takes to much of my time
it was a one off to see if i could..
