(S)Bot that can: MultipleAccounts/ProxyLists/Rate/View/Subscribe/Del(Flash-)Cookie

Hello,
I'm searching for a YouTube bot that can do the following things:


Take video URL from txt/ini file
View Video,
Rate Video,
Rate a special comment to the top (no need for commenting)
Subscribe to a channel
LogIn with account list
LogOut and after that clean Cookie and also flash cookie
Proxy list
Delay between actions

Pr ice is not important. If you can program a custom solution, please P M.

Tubenoia also doesn't work anymore If I remember correctly.
