So why not use affiliate marketing from countries you know about rather one you know nothing about.
How are you going to appeal when you can’t establish a connection with your audience.

I only know that Russian bakclinks are cheaper then USA. The seo for Russian articles same as for USA. They are use for example “best car, best phone to buy and etc.” all affiliate site use this word (in Russia).
There a few freelance site like a Fiverr, but they are work for Russia. That’s all I know)

Oh buddy... It's a realy bad idea) In RuNet u can earn money just in realy competitive niches. Everybody in Russia try to earn money in US sites. Or u just want to make site for own experience?

You can find a lot of useful software for generate content. If you'll try to boost your site in Google for RU, it's almost the same way as for US sites. But if you want to get SEO traffic in Yandex... You should find a native writer, with good content and a few backlinks you can boost TOP 5 very fast. Yandex has its own algorithm "Singlehand bandit". You can find more information about it or about SEO in Yandex)

As far as I know Google isn't numero uno search engine there.
They use Yandex and are proud of it
Yandex rankings do not correlate with Google's rankings. You can also search for their X metrics.
Also they have Sape - a huge link market. Not sure if it still works, but you should check that.
