Does anybody know a website that can provide russian virtual credit cards? You know issued by a russian bank.
russian vcc anyone?

Really hard question, so did you:
a) find which banks are available in Russia?
b) visit their websites and use google translator to see their offers?
c) use skype to call the bank and ast to speak english and find out if that bank do it?
and last but not least, did you already have an account on "vk"? there might be a lot of contacts that could help you as well.

Contacting banks in russia does not help because they only issue cards for russian citizens, I was looking for a service that allows foreigns to get russian vcc
