Russian phone number for Paypal Verification

Hi guys,

i have a full verified russian paypal account, but to make a payment to virvox they have to give me a call.

But i am not from russia. Is there anybody who know where to get Russian phone numbers without registration ?

Or maybe some russian guys can help me out, of course I will pay for it.
