Russian Or Hardcore Email Blaster

I have a monster of a system set up at my house, 6 servers capable of sending over 10 million emails daily, 20 blocks of IPS, i use phpsend or whatever it is, I need a hardcore russian smapper or someone who can get me around fire walls and rotating ips,everything ig there, servers,IPS,just need a person to set up the setting so i dont get blocked and can blast the fuck out of emails with out risk of being block ( there is always that risk but i need to move massive amounts of email through my servers, 6 of them and still play nice with the isps.
