russian instagram question

hi , i`m thinking to start a small business with ogads and instagram .wich is better usa or russian accounts .
I want to buy 10 russian proxy from /proxy-seller.com 15$/month
30 ig RU accounts from buyaccs.com
use smspva.com to verify accs when ig ask for .i think is a cheap service .

in present i`m using usa accounts from buyaccs and usa proxy , the problem is all accs are pva verified by text plus that is not working anymore to verify an account .i didn`t found any (cheap) service that provide usa numbers to can verify my ig accouns when instagram ask it . i`m from spain so i think i can`t verify usa accs with spanish numbers .so this is why i`m asking here .....is there a problem moving on russian stuffs ?

You can verify usa accs with spanish phone numbers

i tried one time and after i verified the accs ,few minutes later i get disable ....maybe i should connect my ig acc from spanish ip and verify it by spanish number and after few days maybe , connect it on usa proxy ?
