Runway ML – can you actually continue the same video / character?

Quick question about Runway ML because I’m getting mixed results.

If I generate a short video, is there a real way to continue the same scene with the same character?
I mean same face, same clothes, same vibe… not something that looks “similar” but clearly different.
I’ve tried a few things like re-uploading frames from the previous video and tweaking the prompt, sometimes it kinda works, sometimes it completely breaks.
Just wondering if anyone here is actually using it consistently for longer scenes or if it’s more of a “one clip at a time” tool.
If you’re doing it:
what’s your workflow?
image refs, seeds, anything else?
or is it still hit or miss?



Not looking for promo, just real experience.
