Running UAC in Google ADS

Hi everyone! I recently started researching how to launch UAC ad campaigns in Google Ads. I've heard there's an issue with conversions being passed through to the account even with existing services. Is there a solution other than setting up tracking services correctly?

Can you elaborate on these points? How do I set up such a system while monitoring and transmitting gclid via the API? I've tried various methods of transmitting gclid in applications, but haven't had much success.
