hey community, I bought twitter account to run ads. first time trying and I want to get it right.

how do I warm up accounts what website do I use to warm account automatically?

what’s the best cloaking service for twitter? from what I’ve read here it seems trafficshield is good. I don’t have big budget so I don’t want to spend money without result.
