Running traffic direct vs cpa network

There are a couple of offers I'm looking to run and I see them on cpa networks but I also see them where you can run direct. Isnthere any pro and con from running the offer on a coa network vs direct from the offer owners

CPA Network
Pros:
Access to multiple offers, easy to test.
Provides tracking tools and support.
Flexible payment options.
Cons:
Lower commission splits.
Limited control.
Quality can vary.

thanks! yes on the offers i want to run , going direct seemed like more scrutiny. The offer owners want to see the entire funnel, had more rules on how to run the traffic as well.
the cpa network didnt mention any of those however it pays out less but i might consider going that route just to have faster payments and not deal with the company looking all into my funnel and traffic

When you run the offer directly you take a risk of non-payment for any number of reasons for an offer compliance issue.
