Running my SMM business while working full time.

So most of my clients right now are from before I got a full time, because I mostly advertise on classifieds and they like how i pick up the phone quick etc, but with work I am not getting nearly as many clients because I cant take calls.

I was wondering if anyone had ideas on what I can do (other than quitting my job) to boost my business.

I'm thinking of local ads geared towards small business owenrs and having a free social media evaluation which captures their name, phone # and best time to call them for a consult. This way I can anticipate and maybe call them during lunch at work??

Any ideas are welcome!

Instead of quieting your job, you can hire someone part time (4-5 hours) and pay him/her good. And give him a privilege to work at his/her home and provide him/her a phone.

His/her work profile will be to convert the callers in clients. Give him more money if he is giving you the clients. By this he will work hard and you will some money as well.

Instead of giving your number, take their number and best time to call. Hire some one to attend calls and fulfill orders, someone close to you.

Any friends or family able to do it?

Besides promoting your business on classified you can also try fb ads...
You can hire a VA to answer calls..
