Running multiple proxy server with 1 proxy each PC with USb dongle+sim. Switch dongle multiple time on the Same PC when i Need, what Is the problem?

Let me explain,
What if each 3 hour i swap dongle and sim and create new proxy so i have 3 proxy a day each PC?

Is It possible ?
