running multiple eBay stealth accounts with proxies

Hey guys,

i know this is lot to read please bare with me.

i'm planning to grow about 3 ebay stealth accounts at the same time in case one account gets suspended.

my new ebay account got suspended after 1 day without even listing.
even after following popular steps to run ebay stealth accounts;

*creating new windows user account
*new name number email and address
*using firefox portable
*restarting router
*checking if the ip is blacklisted before logging
*keeping activity as a normal user at least for 2 weeks
*buying items,and bidding


so I've been researching on forums,watching videos on the youtube about the correct way to run multiple stealth accounts and my brain is now filled with different methods people say.
some people say to run on VPS & some say don't,
some people say to run on Virtual machine & some say don't,
some people say to use different types of proxies (residential,static,dynamic,4g)
some people say to use VPN(like ipburger) some say don't.

after researching more i decided best option would be to go with an anti-fingerprint browser(incognition)+ 4g mobile proxy or residential proxy

but 4g mobile proxies are very expensive and i can't afford that so i looked into residential proxies.

then i ran into couple more questions.

some sources say that you should use Static residential proxies to create ebay stealth accounts.

1) but aren't all residential proxies dynamic?if they are really residential from real users shouldn't they be dynamic(rotating)?
2) if i use a static ip, won't ebay be suspicious because its unnatural to have one ip since most ISPs in the world provide dynamic IPs?
3) if a residential proxy is static,it must be a datacenter ip right?

some people say it is ok to use datacenter ips for ebay as long as they aren't abused(with their personal experience).
but most of the other sources say that ebay suspends datacenter ips.

4) will ebay suspend my account if i use datacenter ips for ebay?

some people suggest to use my own mobile phone tethering because it gives a new ip everytime turning or airplane more or restarting.

5)will tethering my iphone to pc solver the suspending problem?

6) i would like to create one of my stealth accounts from a different country(on the ebay.com domain but account location in hong kong)..what option do i have if i want to achieve this?

i know the best method to find answers to these questions is to try them out.but i'm trying to fund this with money that i work as a freelance animator in the side.i don't have much money to experiment for long.

i read so much text, watched videos in this topic i feel like i'm nearing insanity.please if you have previous experience or any advice,ideas, suggestions,sources would be really appreciated.

Contrary to popular belief I can tell you that this does not matter.

I have heard it will but imo it is too tedious and risky. It is best to login VERY infrequently by using 3rd party programs instead ie shipsation, inkfrog, replymanager so that you almost never have to log into eBay.

I am not fully aware of how this works but I would imagine the same way except with a Hong Kong IP.

For not logged in to ebay directly, sellbrite can be an option. Forever free for less than 30 orders per month, good for starter.

I don't have experience with them cause i also still looking for possibilities of selling my product in the States.

your advice to use "3rd party programs " was something that i never even thought about..this gave me whole new lot of ideas.i didn't even know these softwares existed.

i looked into these websites and got a basic idea of their functionality..i'm going to look more into that.

1) will the features of these programs usable even for a dropshipping business?
2) do the programs you mentioned has the same functionality or has to be used together to run ebay without logging in?

can you recommend me a website to buy hong kong residential proxies if possible?
