Running Multiple Bing Ad Accounts?

So I am looking to run multiple Bing Ad accounts and this is what I currently have to work with:

1) At least 20 fresh/unique residential USA ip addresses (not proxy or vpn)

2) 20 $100 Bing Ad Coupons

3) Unlimited card numbers to verify accounts (not prepaid, virtual, or illegal and secret for the time being...)

What else do i need in order to prevent my accounts from being banned?

My plan is to promote 5-10 different products, with different domains that first go to an opt in page and then to the offer or product.

Anything else i should know?

It's alot harder to do now I think but if you have unlimited ccs then I guess that's the way to go. Care to tell me how you're getting these ccs?
