you can find the tool that allows you manage bulk accounts, and also allows you to set proxies, because it can promise you each account has independent IP environment.
 
If you use multiple accounts at the same time, I think adspower will be the top choice. At the same time, you should use a separate proxy for each profile
 
Using anti-detect browsers like gologin is one way and just use multiple proxies per account.

One of the simpler ways to run multiple accounts is through custom software. Otherwise, anti-detect browsers like adspower can be really useful with running multiple different profiles that don't interfere with each other.
 
It is safest to use multiple devices, or be an emulator and use many different network ips. I think it's okay.
 
You can use social media management tools, ensure compliance with fb regulations, and use account management features.
 
Dolphin browser is good for the multiple accounts
 
You can use incognition multi login browser for managing multiple facebook accounts.
 
You can use the adspower application to manage your account more effectively
 
Use Facebook Business Manager to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Rotate accounts and use different payment methods to minimize risks associated with account bans.
 
I am running 10+ Accounts but not for spamming. And If you are looking to spamming then go with old accounts, new accounts die faster than old.
