Running Multiple accounts is legit?

I might be very stupid or noob, i don't know but
i see people here worrying about running more than one account.
I have 6 accounts where i log in everyday with the same ip, am i bannable?

On the other hand I run only 3 accounts on Followliker with no proxies, is that ok?

how big are each of your 6 accounts? i.e how long have you been running them

I don't think logging multiple accounts from one IP will be a problem. But usage pattern matters a lot here.

Just think of a college library or public cafe every one use same IP and no one faces the problem of banning, its common. If sites starting banning for these things then they would be banning every single account they have.

Other hand think even if 100's of people in college library use instagram they won't be doing same activity as we IM'ers do (follow 100's of people, like 100's of pictures, unfollow 100's at once). So IMO usage pattern matters not IP.

Logging into your accounts may be fine now, but when you start to gain a big following on thoses accounts, that means your activity has to go up on thouse accounts. So if your running 6 account from the same IP, and lets say your following 300 people a day on each account (Not Including Likes, and Comments), that's 1800 follows a day comming from the same IP adress across 6 different accounts to their server (Not natural behaviour!). When and not if! your accounts get reported for something, and they take a look at your activity log for that IP adress, you will get all the accounts taken down at the same time. I have always used the 111 method - ( One IP Adress, One Number, One Email Adress) This is the only way to be 100% as safe as you can be. This method applies to all social accounts, on any social media network, no matter what software you use.

Your question depends on a lot of variables.

If lets say IG bans one of your accounts, then they could trace your other accounts and ban them as well.

One of my friend runs 10 accounts under 1 proxy. While I have another buddy running 5 accounts under 1 proxy and all of them got banned after 2 weeks.

So familiarize yourself with IG. Get to know their system because what works with one person may not work with the next person.

I think it all comes down to whether or not your accounts start getting banned. Instagram may just ban 1 or 2 at first but after repeat offences they will ban them all.
