We have our health product but unable to run high budget at any of the tier 1 or 2 countries due to inconsistent results. If anybody manages to run at high budget, do let me know. I'll be glad to pay for such a solution or if you don't mind sharing it to me for free

You are running conversion campaigns? After ios update, me and a lot of media buyers are having very inconsistent results, the pixel is basically not working. One day you get a lot of cheap leads, and the next few days you get a few very expensive leads.. Hope that they are able to fix this!

use Facebook invoice accounts, but I'm not sure your products is approved by Facebook reps in this ad account type

Maybe your product is not approved by facebook because it falls into violation of the community standards.

you don't have accounts with high spend limits or your campaigns can't spend a lot

High limit accounts are rare and expensive. Look for businesses that can help you rent instead of running ads yourself
