What footprint would that be? If they try to track you down, they are targeting other people using the same theme too.

Todays, thousands of sites use heatmap. So no worries unless all your sites have the same plugins and on the same hosting (ip).
You can use heatmap theme in all your autoblogs. But all my projects dressed in this theme failed. When I changed to free and simple 2010 theme, everything was really good.
I may be totally wrong but be sure that Google knows this theme very well and those sites using this site are MFA (made for adsense)
