I want to run Medical products (Oil) ads on youtube, I tried agency account (BH line), personal ad account and also old billing ad account. but it stopped spending after one day, All ads are approved still 0 impressions for 3 days now.
Does anyone know the reason of this and the solution? Any Google ads account provider who can provide me strong account, My monthly spending will be $80-100K

I tried with cloaking but this is not related to this, because this product is legal to advertise, There is some issue with traffic limitations.

Any time you see your ads account stop spending for no obvious reason, this means the account has gone into review. This is probably because you either advertise on weak accounts (age only does not necessarily make an account strong) or your cloaking is leaking or your ad copy is aggressive or you added too many GH or BH keywords in a short amount of time.

The way I run it for my clients we have a small dummy campaign running at the same time and I advise them before they do any major changes on the main campaign, set the day to today and see if the dummy campaign has spent even 1 cent for the day, this way you know if your account is in good standing or in review and then you can go ahead and make changes to your main campaign.

It's important to understand that while white-hat offers may not violate general norms for most affiliate marketers, Google may still view them as gray-hat due to fair competition rules. One key reason for this is Google's prohibition on running ads on the same domain from multiple accounts simultaneously.

In simpler terms, affiliates using multiple accounts gain more traffic and have a higher chance of winning ad auctions. In contrast, legitimate white-hat businesses using a single Google account may receive a smaller audience. As a result, even affiliates promoting white offers often use review sites, pre-landing pages, and other intermediaries between Google Ads and the offer's landing page to ensure compliance.

While these verticals may conditionally violate Google's rules, it's more accurate to label them as conditionally white. Google's definition of completely whitehat advertising is limited to promoting one's own business, backed by all necessary documents and licenses when required.
