Running CS:GO Gambling/Betting Site - Any experience ?

Betting sites are profitable. MattCS said he makes 10k monthly from his bdtting site but there is alot competition. Beside SEO, doing some giveaways might get some traffic to your site and a YT channel will help alot
That's right, yeah that's a nice amount. Basically all money making niche have high comp

+1

Also, if you were to actually go through with this OP. You'd need at least $20-30k in marketing, just throw it out to youtubers all over the place.

Plus you need a ton of skins in the inventory to begin with, maybe $10k there too. Imagine a whale comes along, but he doesn't find enough skins to cashout, that'll ruin your rep...
Collecting information before making any decisions, I found some already made scripts, a lot of them looks rigged, so you don't have to put too much money out of your pocket (fake inventory, rigged roulette so it goes against big stake..) which is quite concerning tbh, don't want to go down this path

Yeah, at this point I personally don't find it worth getting in to but I also haven't been following the CSGO scene to any capacity for a while now so I wouldn't be 100% informed to make that call. I also don't like using the word "saturation" or discouraging people from doing something that may actually be winners for them because who am I to say.

But at least in my own opinion, I don't think it's worth it now a days, with the moral ambiguities behind it being another reason for me not to go for it.

A really decent way as someone mentioned, is if you have an already established CSGO Youtube Channel, you can already start seeing a few $100 a month probably just by putting that as your intro. But I'd imagine OP is starting from scratch.
From what I saw for the moment, starting a crypto casino looks way more stable and long term than CSGO, but competition must be even higher. And yeah, I didn't catch up with the counter strike scene for a while..

I have no idea about the gambling/skin market nowadays for CS:GO, but one of the most famous websites about it is "Key-Drop.com", maybe you can check it out and get inspired.

As others mentioned you need a big budget for skins already (7-day trade ban) , let's say you have around 30K -40 K of skins in trade bots already. You hold onto them for 7 days. Then goes the promotion - back in the good days for YouTubers (around 3-5M followers) to promote your site would cost you at least 50K+. Or you just can try out going for super small YouTubers ( 1K - 5K followers) and get them to work with you with a referral program only. But it's a super-risky business and you can lose all within a few weeks because of a permanent trade ban on all trade bots..As one OG mentioned - go for the bitcoin-based casino, but you would need a smart marketing plan because there are stable big players in that field and you have to figure out how to get into the competition field.

P.S - Still remember that I made more than 1K from CS.Go gambling sites without any investment with free promo codes...mhmm good old days.
