Hi All,

Does it make any sense running link building campaigns to internal pages?

I think it will look more natural, but I don't want to wast time/money if is not going to give any results...

Thanks

T.

It's always recommended especially when your inner page house some of your products/services.

Ofcourse, the home page should get most of the weight and authority.

Once you have an authority home page most of the pages require minimal
approach to soar higher.

No, of course not. What kind of legitimate website gets links to inner pages? Mhm. None of them.

All of the largest websites in the world like Amazon and Google only get links exclusively to their homepage. Any thing other than that would be considered unnatural.

Of course it makes sense to run campaign to internal pages, but make sure you target specific keywords on those internal pages - keywords are good, you have chances to rank, on page seo is on point, etc.. just as you would do with your home page. Blasting links to internal pages without any plan behind it does not get you too much in terms of results.

Yes I do it all the time. It will not only look natural but also if done right you can boost your homepage other inner pages by creating inner back inks. Also you can target long tails keyword quite easily since you already have the domain power behind it, no need to create other smaller sites.

If you are starting a new website, then I would advice to get links for home page only and make authority. Your home page will get good rank and then slowly make specific backlinks for internal pages. You wont need much for internal pages if homepage has good authority.
