I have been running my account on a bot which is on a GCP vps with an IP in california and also using the account personally on my phone in Sweden. Is that a problem that instagram takes note of. Being on two very different IPs in very different locations, sometimes simultaneously?

It would mark your account as suspicious in IG side then :D a normal person can't be in both US and Sweden in such a short period of time.

If I was to stop botting and started to run the account from a single IP, aka my phone. Would it remain suspicious forever or is there a way to restore that?

It would be okay :D they might ask you for PV at first though.

its normal no ban for only this point
also its good if you sometime use bot accounts on the real device with real manual actions

But it has to be on the same IP? What is the most important. Consistent IP or using it manually from time to time?

you just need to use on the same ip on the bot, not matter your country or not, but privat ip.

Would the IP of the vps server be flagged as suspicious? Do they know that it's a VPS or can I run it without proxy on the VPS? Thanks for responses by the way, appreciated!
