I have another hosting account from bluehost and would like to use it to host some tier 1 websites. Would logging in from a private proxy and running it from there suffice to avoid connection to moneysite?

You shouldn't let google to know about your PBN. Even if you used different accounts, your money site and pbn site will be hosted on same server and shares same range of ip's. You should cover your tracks. There are tens of cheap hosting providers available, you should diversify your PBN hosting.

I know that, the question was if it was ok to login to the other hosting on the same computer via private prox

You can log in to the both websites from the same ip and it's not a foot print at all, but don't install google analytics of web masters at the PBN sites, so Google cannot know who visit the website at all. For the hosting account, Google cann't know from which IP you open otherwise they hacked bluehost : )) , accounts are private area, you need user name and password to log in, so robots can't reach it.

I don't think it should be a problem just as long as you're not running abusive sites. I could be wrong though but I know a few people who have multiple accounts on a particular host.
