Right now I'm considering a change for my life in the mid-long term. Maybe any of you was in a similar situation and can give me some feedback.

Atm I am selling seo & webdev services and make a living out of that. I have several minor side projects, which bring some money but far away from being able enough to live.

I like what I do, but somehow I don't feel like really scaling the agency for the next >10 years. It's not even the clients or workload, I'm fine with that. My point is building and growing other sites is cool, but there are still not my "babys"

So I am considering on focusing more on side projects to eventually grow them until they bring enough cash to make a living just from that. On the other hand, scaling the agency will probably bring a lot more cash, and faster too.

What do you think?

I did exactly that. Sold the big agency and focused on the side projects.

I then realised it is not so bad to also have an agency as one of the side projects. So now have a small agency as well.

Hi @GringoMonkey i desperately need help on how to send traffic to a casino verticle as i am now out of a job and only use to do email marketing I have no more emails please can you offer any advise or and thing that will assist please I would really appreciate it

Well i would prefer scaling your agency as its already earning you money it would be easier for you to earn with it rather than starting a new project from scratch

I did the agency thing only as a stepping stone to build my tool. I have kept only the audit service going forward
