Twitter ads can work great if you target the right audience. Testing different creatives is key!

Can you share a bit more about what you've tried so far with your Twitter ads? Sometimes small tweaks, like adjusting targeting, ad copy, or even budget, can make a big difference.

I also agree that sharing some more info on it might make it easier to give some feedback. Any number of reasons could have affected that, after all. Depending on what caused the issue, the steps to take may vary significantly.
