I think you could risk you adsense suspension
Would my entire account get suspended? Or just the site get unapproved??

I am not an expert might be both or one of them but better be safe than sorry
Are you sure about this? As many sites have ads on web apps?

Thanks, and if I created a new web app with enough content around it etc would it have a chance of being accepted? Or would it be automatically declined.
