Running a local classifieds site

I just started a local classifieds site with a 15 day old domain. Currently, I've been copy and pasting ads from craigslist, etc.

I'm ranked higher than oodle and ebay on some keywords already.

I want to be ranked #1 on all my important key terms.

What's the best way to do this fast without getting "sandboxed"?

Build links, build links and then when you have built a shitload of links, build some more inks...

yea just keep building those links...
