Running 500 Instagram accounts without proxies

Hello guys,
I'm running 50 IG accounts in a Desktop computer in my school without any proxy. I'm thinking to scale up to 500 accounts. Do you know why my accounts did not get ban?
I thought maybe there are thousands of student using IG in school and in the same proxy so my 50 accounts are fine.

Your accounts seem to be coming from several students within the same school. Clever ;)
 
That is a mystery why you haven't got ban on any of the accs especially running with a bot. How long have you been running them?
 
:D yeah! I may shut down the robot at night when the school is close and all student leave!

These are aged account with 3-6 months so maybe it's hard to get ban!

I wouldn't test your limits. It's great that you got away with that number... but doing it tenfold now is just pushing it. Remember, if IG DOES decide to ban just even one of your accounts.. they may ban hundreds more within the same day if you're running them off the same IP. Maybe not all 500, but def. high risk of losing a bunch.

What you have is a good set of "trustworthy" I.P.'s.

BTW, if you abuse them, sooner or later IG will ban your accounts.
 
yes I will try to run 100 accounts instead of 500 :D

they can't really do that unless OP leaves a pattern other than the ip address, as it is a school network, there are a lot of legit users too, hundreds or even thousands, - ig doesn't want to ban those - so i guess another 50 doesn't throw up red flags, but maybe 500 will and when and if they take a closer look, the accs can get caught in mass, if they're linked in any way besides the ip
but yea, 500 accs sounds too extreme on the same ip
 
You can try to push it more but it's not a good idea

scale it to thousands and get all the students in your school banned from instagram XD

go for it!
 
Good idea using your school's network. Just don't get caught.

I feel that if you stay within Instagram's TOS you will never get banned using the school's IP. It's important to remember that depending on the school size the network could beprocessing requests via Instagram up to 5000 times per day. Maybe even more if it's a college you're at.

I'll keep this in mind when I start school in a month ;)
