running 5 Youtube channels

My team and I are running 5 Youtube channels. We use AI to help write scripts, Sora to create images, SeaArt to generate videos, and ElevenLabs for voice. Basically, aside from the scripts that my team edits manually, all the visual parts are made with AI. I do the video editing myself, putting scenes together, adding background music, etc.
I also log in to each channel on a separate profile in Hidemyacc, each with its own dedicated proxy. Right now the channels have been running for almost 2 months, and our top video has around 10k views. We’re making long form content, not shorts.
So my question is: for those of you here who are also doing Youtube with AI like me, how are you doing so far? I mean, from your experience, is 10k views in 2 months considered good? Because I see some people who’ve only uploaded 2–3 videos and already have tens of thousands of views.

Keep grinding. Its very easy to give up after discouraging numbers. However, everyone who ever got out of that hole can tell you about this time you are currently in.

I think you are doing great. I run an ai R&B Music Channel. Started exactly 83 days ago. I upload daily 1 hour of original ai music that i created using suno and chat gpt for lyrics. Got monetised exactly on day 40. I get on average around 11- 16k views monthly. So you are definitely doing fine.

Sounds like you have a solid system in place. Hitting 10k views in 2 months is a good start, especially with long-form content. Growth can vary a lot depending on niche, SEO, thumbnails, and watch time. Keep testing and optimizing—sometimes it just takes one breakout video to shift everything

This is a good idea
 
Do bunch of reels, get subs from them, then upload normal videos. you'll boost better
 
Don't do reels or shorts, there's no sense on doing that. I saw that you are posting long form content and you are getting 10k views, you are doing great, keep doing it, there's no reasons to contaminate your algo with short video watchers, they won't watch your long form content
 
continue don't give up even if you see some videos get less viewer if youtube see constant upload it will ulrimately push your channel more ranked
 
I noticed that cross-promoting between channels gives a small but steady boost to each video’s views
 
That's really amazing cause I find it difficult to run just one youtube channel

10k in 2 months is a great achievement, just because other channels have higher views than yours doesn't mean your channel wont perform well... As long as you produce content that is interesting to the viewers and not repetitive, spammy content....youtube will promote you further.

Getting 10,000 views in two months with long-form content is a good start, but growth depends on many factors, such as SEO, thumbnails, and watch time. Keep testing and optimizing, because sometimes a single breakout video is all it takes to get your channel off the ground.
 
10k views in 2 months with new AI driven channels is actually a solid start Growth on YouTube is inconsistent so keep uploading and optimizing momentum builds over time
 
Some people had 10 views on their first videos, funny right? I think you are doing pretty good for a start, and you have the tendency of going viral soon

May be their quality is better thats why. If that is not the case, the views might be paid views.
