Run multiple FB ads accounts for BH

Hello guys, my company can generate vcc's and with that I can add my own company cards on facebook ads accounts and google ads accounts aswell.. but the problem is I will do BH ads, this is can be a problem? I need to declare this spends as company expenses.. I could get legal problems? I create my ads with cloak and use offShore servers to host my lands.. but the payment method is my company.. how guys of BH do this?
