Is this a loophole, or how did they manage to achieve it?
- Some providers I know have used various payment cards to fund their ad accounts, yet they only had to pay 50% for the amount actually spent on Facebook (meaning that for every $100,000 spent on Facebook, the cost to them was only $50,000).

How did they do it? I’m very interested in Facebook discount programs; saving 50% of the budget would represent a huge profit.

Yes, I’m aware of providers operating this way. However, this isn’t a legitimate loophole or a legal discount mechanism. The way these schemes are structured typically involves unauthorized or fraudulent activity and can violate applicable laws, as well as Meta’s terms and payment policies

That’s right , I am well aware of that, and it is certainly not easy to pull off. If you are aiming for long-term operations and want your business to grow while maintaining a solid reputation with Facebook, I strongly advise against doing that.

Do you have these accounts? I understand they use virtual cards or exploit loopholes in Facebook's rules, and the setup isn't entirely stable.

Using these accounts comes with certain risks, but many advertisers are always looking for such accounts because they offer high returns. Everything can come with high or low risk if you are willing to accept the risk.

They either use info ccs or refunds. They run with 50% discount because it don't really cost nothing to then, and usually are people farming accounts in such a number that run all the way churn and burning without any major consequences to then.

I have heard about these cases, but they are generally uncommon, and very few accounts are eligible for refunds of up to 50%.

Yeah i think It’s probably not a loophole as they may be using ad credits or discounts or special agency deals because the card itself usually won’t give a 50% discount.
