Hi, i would like to know how to run a USA TikTok account from iphone, i already have U.S sim card but i dont really know how to handle it for get U.S views

Set up your timezone and language to US and English. Location services off and you're good to go. Use your local wifi and it will target the US as it's reading your sim.

thanks sir, i will try. i need to reinstall tiktok everytime i want to upload a video? im from EU and i use the phone for personal use too so i need to use my personal sim everyday too

factory reset iPhone
change all settings to US
new AppleID with US number and US address
inactivated sim == ICCID number
4g proxy

I recommend to get a separate phone for TikTok, makes it much easier. If you can't buy a separate phone what you can do is just leave the settings on English and US, only enter TikTok with a US sim. If you have your local sim in the phone don't touch TikTok.

reset your iphone and use wifi from usa and tiktok automatically detect it.

If you don't have an US sim card, just remove the sim and use a vpn. But before follow all the good advices that @LScro gave you.

Make sure your location matches your IP. Use a static residential IP. No simcard.

You can do it without a SIM
On an iPhone you just need to set the desired region + vpn/proxy and that's it. No Apple id with a US number is needed. The language of the device is also not important.
No need to reset the iPhone to factory settings
