My competitor has a page that hes running and once its banned i know (because i work with someone close to him) he gets it live again, the page is SHIT. It looks horrible, i have a better page me, and i am sure i could x100 him. Problem is how tf am i supposed to run better than him and get accepted?

He must be using cloaking I think, and that's what I would recommend to you because its easier. You know the keywords he is using right? If your page is better (I dont know what the claim is based on, design or idk), then it's a plus to outperform him.

he isusing claoking and you can use that too and if you design ui and everything is better you can easily go ahead of him

He is winning because of infrastructure, not design, you need to look into premium cloakers like Keitaro, TrafficGuardian, JCI, multi-accounting browsers, and a steady supply of trusted agency accounts to beat him

Looks easy from outside but I'm pretty sue there a lot happing behind the scenes crypto niche is wild now.
