"Rules" link

    I noticed that the "Rules" link is no longer on the top menu. (Am I missing something?)

    I just thought it might be an important link to re-add.

    There's also no search at the top right hand side like their used to be... quite annoying.

    Search is at the top of the navigation column to the left.

    The Rules, however, that's definitely gone missing and needs to be addressed.
